本人英语语法知识真心薄弱,请大家不要吐槽,感谢帮忙分析下以下句子中的问题.

2.Far more important is a person's relative position in society -- how big your house is compared with your neibour's,as opposed to its absolute size.（as opposed to its absolute size这句话,我能够翻译准确,但是as在这里又是做什么用的呢,我发现我关于as引导的各种从句知识匮乏的很.）
3.There‘s no doubt that the students will need to innovate ,collabroate and evaluate,to name three of the “21st century skills” so dear to digital literacy enthusisasts.（句子可以理解到位,但是,to name.enthusisasts有些费力,①to name...是修饰前面的innovate ,collabroate and evaluate,但是to难道也可以引导句子嘛,还是省略了什么,②so dear to这里的to如何理解）
4.Nor is there any reason that.（Nor is there从语法上如何理解?）
