Since our country is not only a resource and energy consumption nation,but also an environmental pollution and gas emissions state,resources wasting,environmental pollution and ecological deterioration are seriously impacting on people's living and economic development. Protection resources, improving environment, and realizing the sustainable economy development in our country has become an urgent strategic task. Enterprise is not only the important factor in environmental pollution, but also the leading power in controlling it. Also, the environment accounting information problem is is still in the initial stage in our country so far, thus its disclosures and report formation are still strange to us. It's urgently in need of the research to strengthen environmental accounting information disclosure in order to guide the practice. Based on the above reasons,The purpose and the significance of this studies is to expound the necessity and realistic meaning of China's environment accounting information disclosures,which is concluded from those discussion on its currently situation.We should take Western's examples, adhering to the scientific,theoretical,prospective and applicable principle, combining with the situation of our country,to construct China's environmental accounting information disclosure model, and improve its real establish and promotion as well.
