according to the latest data by the National Bureau of Statistics,compared with the year of 2010,in the first half of 2011,the CPI of China increased by 5.4% .since the beginning of this year,the Central bank has continuously up-regulated the desposit reserve ratio for four times averaged one time a month,which rarely happened in history.this article will analyze the relations between bank's currency policy and the inflation,and then offer the ideas of currency policy about how to lower the influence from inflation.
