Saline land is a shorter form for various salinized soils, saline soils, basified soils and alkaline soils. Halomorphic soils are extensively distributed in the arid regions and coastal plains of the
world. With the progress and development of science and technology, and the continuous increase in the understanding of saline-sodic soil amelioration, there are many methods to perform this task. In view of the over abundant of soluble salt in saline lands, they are hazardous to most of the crops in various degrees, and rational improvement of saline lands is an important measure to enhance rice yield.
