In the modern society,people always face the dilemma to choose whether students should study the courses that the schools offer or the courses that students want to study.People may prefer one to another although some may have no opinions about it at all.As to which is better,I think the answers vary.It’s necessary to take a glance at the arguments of both sides.
It’s quite common for average people to choose the courses that students themselves want to study because the reason that the courses students take are their preference,they take interests in them.Maybe you can choose the subjects in any area regardless of what your main major is.
But at the mean time,although taking their favorite subjects has some advantages,it also has many drawbacks such as students mainly concentrate on PE lessons but ignore the importance of specialized skills.And in another case,most students may apply one widely welcomed subject,so the school can’t give enough resources for their students.what’s more,the innate quality of studying the courses the school offer,unfortunately,is often underestimated; in other words,if you notice the invisible benefits of choosing that,you can understand it more deeply.the main reason is that the teachers in school are more experienced,they know how can students develop in the best way and they would give us advice about taking courses.Choosing the school’s offer is only part of the important aspects,and another equally significant role of choosing their favorite subjects lies in the development of studying resources.
This demonstrate that it’s necessary to get high standard faculty and equipment to meet the students’ need.
Finally,as a proverb says,”everything has two sides.”both of the mentioned choice are a way of students’ improvement.To choose one of them,depends on the student’s realistic circumstances and the resources of the school.
If all the factors above are considered,we will find out that the advantages of taking the school’s offer outweigh that of taking one’s favorite courses.therefore from that we have discussed,we may safely come to the conclusion that choosing the school’s offer is a rather wise decision.but I have not denied the opinion that choosing student’s favorite courses.no one can ignore the added convenience and freedom offered by choosing their favorite.such experience will definitely be helpful in one’s later life.

语言能力是不错的,没有什么可以挑的··
问题在于结构,首先你没有阐述你的观点,整个第一段几乎都是没有实际意义的话,虽然可以读完整篇后看出你的观点是两个各有利弊,但是逻辑结构太不清晰.
其后,你原因都列出来了,但是仅仅是点到为止,原因都没有发展下去,尤其是支持的原因才4行,而反对的原因写了11行,这样的结构显然不支持你各有利弊的论点.
我觉得吧顶多3分
