Dear Sir/Madam ,
I would like to file a complaint against the service I suffered in your KFC branch at __________ this morning.The waitress was very offensive and talked loud when I was asking for my chicken burger which I had waited over 20 minutes.The branch manager later came up and only made the thing worse.What I wanted to know was when I could get my food because I was starving.If only did they say “I am sorry to have kept you waiting,the burger will be ready in afew minutes” would be enough for me.But the waitress came up with noproductive answers and then started yelling at me.I felt insulted and humiliated.The branch manager didn’t apologize and just find excuse for the delay and how busy and tired the waitress was.
Above is my complaint,and I will appreciate you can tell your staff to learn to respect your customers like me.The waitress and the brancher manger shall apologize for what they have done to me.
