我的理解是,大部分生物医学和医学杂志都要求作者做竞争性利益或利益的声明,因为研究者的某些可能活动受制药行业或商业机构的经济方面的影响（例如研究活动受资助、合作药品上市等）.做出竞争性利益的声明,有助于读者自行判断研究结果是否可信.
