但这次遇到的先行词是Easter festival答案选的when
貌似打错了先行词是Easter egg hunt
句子是One activity of Easter celebrations is the Easter egg hunt ____children try to find the hidden chocolate eggs.我也是选的when 但他说用where

先行词Easter festival后用什么连词要看它跟从句中谓语动词的关系,如果先行词Easter festival 在定语从句中作谓语动词的宾语,则指的是事物（名词）,要用that或which；如果在定语从句中做谓语动词的时间状语,指动作发生的时间,则用when.

Easter festival 在定语从句中做spent的宾语,spent the Easter festival 是动宾关系,宾语是名词（指事物）,所以用连词that（相当于Easter festival）.

注意：这类表示时间、节日的词,乍看像时间,以为是时间状语,有时其实作宾语.

同样,一些乍看起来像是表示地点的词,以为是地点状语,有时其实作宾语.

总结：无论乍看起来像是时间还是地点的先行词,必须要判断先行词和从句中谓语动词的关系.
这题是指try to find这个动作发生的时间,用when .在＂设法找巧克力蛋＂这个动作发生的时间是在找蛋的活动中.
再问：就是在金考卷45套上，成都市一诊题，单选第10道，选的where
再答：不可以是where。找蛋的活动时间中。庆祝活动之一是找蛋活动，只能指＂在这活动＂期间，不能说是活动地点。
