Second, electirc bicycles are small enough to park anywhere, while cars need a larger piece of land to park. What's more, with lower speed, electric bicycles are safer than cars.
与汽车相比，电动车拥有更多的有点。第一，便宜。很多家庭养不起一台汽车，但供养一台电动车经济压力相对较小。第二，体积小，停车方便。而汽车则会占据很大一块地方来停车。再者，电动车速率慢，相较汽车而言会行驶安全。
However, electric bicycles also bring some problems. Some riders don't obey the traffic rules and some riders don't think about others' safety. So they ride too fast. During rush hours, too many electric bicycles may cause traffic jams. We still have a long way to go to solve the problem.
然而，使用电动车也会存在一定的隐患。有些骑行者不遵守交通规则，骑行速度很快完全不顾及路上行人的安危。特别是车流量高峰的时候，电动车往往是交通拥堵的始作俑者。这些问题的解决，仍需要我们持续不断地跟进整改。
