I ask for the invitation because I need it.It is out of orther purposes and immigrant intent.My superior assigned my colleagues and I to participate the meeting then I need the invitation to put in for the term .My two colleagues and I also need the invitations to apply for the Visas.That I could not pay the correlative charges at the moment before the application be approved.If the application be turned down ,I can not participate the meeting.How can I deal with the fees has paid?
