6.Severance
In the event that any provision of this contract is declared by any judicial or other competent authority to be void,voidable,illegal or otherwise unenforceable the parties shall amend that provision in such reasonable manner an achieves the intention of the parties without illegality and the remaining provisions of this contract shall remain in full force and effect.
7.Notice
Any notice to be served on their of the parties by the other shall be sent by prepaid record or registered post or by fax or by electronic mail and shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee within seventy – two(72) hours of posting or twenty four(24) hours if sent by fax or by electronic mail to the correct telex number(with correct answerback) or correct electronic mail number of the addressee.
8.Waiver
The failure by Party A or Party B(as the case may be) to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms or conditions of this contract shall not be a waiver of term or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all terms and conditions of this contract.
