：【摘要】无论是在发达国家还是发展中国家,中小企业在国民经济中都发挥着极其重要的作用.随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和不断完善,中小企业得到了迅速发展.然而,在我国深化企业改革,加快中小企业发展的过程中,影响和制约中小企业发展的问题仍然很多,尤为突出的是融资困难.本文首先介绍了我国中小企业的发展现状和融资现状,指出了我国中小企业融资难的根本原因,从企业自身、银行、政府三方面分析了中小企业在融资过程中处于的弱势地位,重点分析了国有商业银行对中小企业信贷支持不足的各种因素.针对中小企业融资中的体制性、政策性及操作性障碍,研究提出缓解融资难的政策建议,大力促进中小企业向健康方向发展.
