摘要：社区是城市构成的基础,社区体育是社区文化的组成部分,随着社会的进步经济的发展,我国“全民健身计划纲要”的实施,人们对品质生活提出了更高要求,体育休闲方式得到了高度重视、广泛发展.通过对葫芦岛市莲花社区中老年人体育休闲方式现状调查研究：葫芦岛市莲花社区居民参加健身意识增强；公共体育场地人均可支配面积不足；体育人口倾向于中老年人；社会体育指导力量不足；社区体育居民体育消费意识不强,消费水平低等.为此应加大社区体育建设的投入,加强监管做好场地、器材维护工作,完善社区体育指导员队伍,通过社区广播、发放宣传材料等方式加大宣传力度,努力开展各式各样的体育活动,使社区体育健康发展.

community is the basic of composing a city,community sports also a part of community culture,with the development of society economy,and all folks'health planning fulfilled,people ask higher life standard,pay more attention to sports relax and its develop.according to the survy of island HULU lutus connunity old man's sports relax way ,local people are likely to take part in exercises ,the loss of sports space,participate tending to the old,lack of guaidence,People's level of consumption is too low,so ,we should pay more attentiong to society sports construction,strenthen vision of sports space ,and the equipment maintence,increase publicity by community radio and try to have all kinds of sports activities,contribute to the development of community sports .
