Boss:
Hello,everyone,as you all know that our company value is to be the predominant professional business data supplier,principal marketing analysis service provider and main consultative strategies source in china.
Also we have to set a goal,we will achieve 100 million turnover this year.it's a tough but challenging aim.
To achieve our goal,we should maintain a marketing assurance of growing together with our clients.
Exactly,in my opinion,firstly,we will dedicate support by creating an applied system suitable for our clients,such as a perfect business data system,information analysis and research system.Likewise,we will assist our clients to reduce marginal costs (overt and covert) associated with marketing research within their business operations and marketing activities.Also we will facilitate clients to integrate and process all information resources.Secondly,in terms of practical problems,we will allocate the highest consideration of quality and standards to make our clients achieve their project goal.Finally,we are tentative to create open-ended,concise,effective,fast and achievable service patterns to transform single serving our clients to participating with our clients,thereby making our clients to accumulate,explore and apply the services provided by our company flexibly.

Boss:There are two matters I need everybody to pay immediate attention.
2008 is a special year,as you all know,
we need to put a lot into work and cencentrate on our goal.
But I've noticed that a few colleagues in this office are sometimes distracted by online games,this is extremely unprofessional,
Another problem is the some paperwork were not written carefully,everytime I noticed quite a few mistakes and it's waste of our time.
Let's discuss how to solve these two problems.
A:For online games,I think it's okay if some colleagues use lunch time to check their status in the cyberworld,but it should be prohibited to play it during working hours.My suggestion is that we check everyday's working history,and someone still break the rules should be punished and he should learn a lesson.

B:As for the paperwork mistakes,it do exist for a long time.In my opinion,it's a bad habit not to check twice the paperwork.some of our colleagues are too reckless of typing,but we can use some tools to help us increase the accuracy.
we can set up a game which is fun enough to call people's attention.the one who make the fewest mistake should be selected as the champion and be given rewards.
Boss:this is also good suggestion,let's put them into action from next week.
