people there.In the future, there will be 22 provinces of the 186 million people have to settle down.However, other provinces can only receive about 33 million,which means that China will have 1.5 billion ecological emigration ,or "environmental refugees".
Secondly,do GDP really represent everything?The answer is that it may contain everything except the environment condition.It may represent the growth, but do not equal to the scientific development.As the major reveal of the green GDP,it has a difficult life and was on the verge of Extinction."Green GDP" is a model, it includes the cost of economic growth,such as the environmental pollution, and the topic which is discussing with Germany.It says that the official performance in China not only by means of the economic growth, but also measured by how they can solve the environmental problems and social issues.In 2004,when the state environmental protection administration announced that 10 provinces have been choosed as the place of"green GDP" , many citis are Positivly participate.But as the first report was issued, many citis were afraid to hear it and were about to quit.Afterall, Without containing the environmental cost of the GDP will make an embarrassed situation for the economic index which was depended on the the pure economic index.Therefore,the competition between green and achievement, we still choose the latter one.
