1、prepare
a.Ensure you have not had anything to eat or drink for al least 3 hours prior to using Maybe BABY.
b.Clean the flat internal surface of the viewfinder(fig.1)with the lint free cloth provided (do not use water or any other cheaning product).
c.Using a clean fingertip place a smear of saliva over the flat internal glass surface of the viewfinder(fig.2).Make sure there are no bubbles of saliva on the lens.
d.Leave saliva to dry for approximately 10 minutes.
e.Replace the viewfinder(fig.3)
2.VIEW:
a.Hold the Maybe Baby up to your eye ,
b.Press the light switch on the bottom of the Maybe Baby
c.View results through the viewfinder.
d.If necessary rotate the eyepiece until the pattern is clear(fig.4)
3.RECORD
Beginning on the first day of menstruation use the following code to record your cycle:
M:Menstruation
."Pebbles/dots(non-fertile period)
T:Pebbles and ferns(transitional period)
O:Full ferning/Ovulation(fertile period)
Please note:you do not have to wait for your first day of menstruation in order to begin using Mayeb Baby.However it is a good idea to use menstruation as the starting point for charting your results.

Clean the internal surface of the viewfinder with a lint free cloth,in preparation for your next sample.
