1.Only work makes Jack a dull boy.Students should not only study but also do sth.to keep themselves active.I think some proper exercise are supposed to be added to their lives instead of the excessive homework.To their teachers,they s hould encourage their students to take part in some interesting actions and care about their lives,and they should be a good leader.
2.It will be according to the condition.taking a walk ,playing tennise,basketball...many are ok.
