functions里面也没有,只有一段话

据我所知,princeton review and barrons 的 sat 2 math 1 and 2 里面没有讲到calculus.
基本上,math2 里面不需要用到calculus.
However,if you have already studied calculus or take calculus AP,it might be easier and quicker if you use calculus to solve certain questions.
For example,f(x)=X ,from the domain (0,0) to (5,0),rotate the function around the x-axis.For this kind of question,it may be easier to use integral to solve,but you can still solve it using basic geometry.
From my experience,there is only this one question type that calculus can apply.
Therefore,there is no need to learn calculus if you are only taking sat math.
Also,my suggestion is that buy the barrons sat2 math level 1 and 2 book because princeton review is a bit easier than the real exam.
Many of my friends,including me,got 800 in level 2 by working on the practice test at the back of barrons in less than 3 weeks.
