企业的产生、生存及发展均离不开投资与融资活动.随着我国加入WTO组织,市场经济体制的逐步完善,金融市场的快速发展,投资与融资效率越来越成为企业发展的关键.中小企业在改革开放和现代化建设的推动下经济得到了飞速发展,但从现实情况来看,由于企业之间的激烈竞争,世界经济危机的影响、投资政策环境的局限以及民营企业的自身弱点阻碍了多数中小企业的生存和发展,融资困难已经成为中小型企业面临的最大问题.尽管近年来,国家加大了扶持中小企业发展的力度,积极引导并协调商业银行加大对中小企业的信贷支持,但多数中小企业资金短缺的问题仍没有从根本上得到解决.因此,本文主要分析了中小企业融资现状以及融资困难的原因,如：金融产品少、融资渠道狭窄、自有资金缺乏、民间借贷风险大等,并提出相应的融资对策和措施.

Enterprise's production,the survival and development are cannot leave the investment and financing activities.With China's accession to WTO,the market economy system has been improved gradually,and the rapid development of the financial market,investment and financing efficiency,has become a more and more the key of the development of the enterprise.Small and medium-sized enterprise in reform,opening up and modernization construction,the promotion of economic obtained the rapid development,but from the reality of the situation,because of the fierce competition between enterprises,the influence of the world economic crisis,investment policy environment and the limitations of private enterprise's own weaknesses prevented most small and medium-sized enterprise's survival and development,financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises has become the biggest problems facing the.Although in recent years,the increased support small and medium-sized enterprise development of strength,actively guide and coordinate commercial Banks to increase of small and medium-sized enterprises credit support,but most of the small and medium-sized enterprise fund shortage problem is still not fundamentally solved.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the current situation and small and medium-sized enterprise financing the reasons of the financing difficulties,such as:financial products less,the financing channel is narrow,own lack of funds,folk lending risk is big,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures of financing.
