黄瓜沙拉
这道菜适合夏天食用,菜中含有丰富的蛋白质、钙、铁、维生素A、维生素C等多种营养素.适宜于1-3岁的幼儿食用.
原料:
黄瓜30克,橘子3瓣,西红柿10克,葡萄干10克,蛋黄酱,精盐各少许.
制作:
1、 将葡萄干用开水泡软,清洗干净;黄瓜去皮,切成小片;西红柿用开水烫一下,去皮、籽,切成小片;橘子去皮、去核,切碎.
2、 将黄瓜、西红柿、橘子和泡软的葡萄干放入盘内,加入蛋黄酱拌匀即成.

色泽鲜艳,爽口不腻,味美适口.
