资料上做到两句句子.

两者语态不同 是不是因为all day强调一整天而all the time强调一直进行,还是说两个语态可以通用?
另外,With the development of technology,more schools are being built.此处用了with后面就一定要用进行时态吗?可不可以用其他时态?

首先第一个,if引导的于过去事实相反的虚拟语气,没有问题.but后面跟过去时,强调发生的事实,就是下雨了.而跟过去进行时强调下雨这个状态.个人认为此题跟时间状语无关.你提到的all the time不是进行时的标志, 若说成it rained all the time也没问题
