Lately we had someone in Roche China who told me the number didn't work.Our IT colleagues were checking on that and told me the number is fine.

这个ISSUE的背景（好像是说写这个信是因为有个背静情况向你交代一下）是今年9月Roche使用了新的 网络电话系统
中国：长途号码 免费号码（好像就是比如800之类的号码）
