Study on the conduction of alfalfa polyploid by colchicine
Abstract:Taking newborn buds of alfalfa on the testing farmland as testing
material,using colchicine as mutagen to induct polyploid.And making record on the outside characteristics of lanimas and caudex,then judge whether the mutagenicity has been successful or not by making comparision of these record.The result showed that the highest successful rate happened in the point when the colchicine was processed by the time of (N)hours at consistency of 0.03%,and the
successful rate was ().
