直接回答In my drawer.=I found it in my drawer.(口语中常问什么回答什么,不用完整的句子.）如果要用强调句强调这个地点状语,则为：It was in my drawer that I found it.
也可以用省略句：It was in my drawer.
in my drawer 就是我的抽屉里,不是在你的抽屉里.my drawer已经有一个限制性定语my了,不必要再来一个限制性定语（从句）,如果抽屉是公用的,且有好几个,则需要一个限制性定语：in the drawer +限制性定语从句.
drawer 这个事物是用来放东西的.大家都知道东西是放在里面的,可以用where来引导定语从句=in which(不可能是别的介词+which).这时候的谓语动词是静态动词,如用there be 句,用lie,
如果是动态动作动词,我们用动态介词into,如：My son threw the purse into it.这时候,如果将the drawer 改成定语从句的先行词,则定语从句不能用where来引导,必须用into which,因为where= in/on/at which into which from which
这道题,如果非要用一个定语从句的话,则应用个逗号,使之成为一个非限制性定语从句,改为：

译：你在哪里找到你的钱包的?
是在我的抽屉里,我儿子将它扔在了里边.

答案是A不是B.因为它是It was in the hotel where I stayed the other day that I met Yao Ming.的省略.其中where I stayed the other day 是作the hotel的限制性的定语.告诉你：我是在前几天我入住的那家旅馆里见到Yao Ming的.
如果选择B,尽管It was in the hotel that I stayed the other day.是一个完整的正确的强调句,但答非所问.人家问的是：你在哪里见到Yao Ming的,你回答：我前几天住的是旅馆里（不是家里）
第二题是模仿2002年全国高考题改编而来的：
Meeting my uncle after all these years was an unforgettable moment ,_ I will always treasure.

选B.one=a moment,后跟了一个省略了that的限制性定语从句,作an unforgettable moment的同位语,作进一步的解释.如果用which也可以（则为一个非限制定语从句）.
译：过了这么多年后再见到我的叔父是个令人难忘的时刻,一个我将永远珍惜的时刻.
如用which,则译：.,这个时刻我将永远珍惜.
