摘要
随着生活水平的日益提高和互联网技术的发展与普及，网络及其衍生产物进入了人们生活的方方面面。互联网的出现为人们的工作、学习和生活带来了极大的便利，但是随着互联网资源的逐渐丰富，也带来了一系列的负面效应。就像一把双刃剑，它给大学生提供便捷的信息交流平台，却也使不少缺乏自控能力的大学生整日沉迷于网络,不思学习,不求进取，迷失了自我。现在大学生上网已经成为普遍的现象，虽然上网成瘾者在大学生网民中的比例不是很高，但经过一些调查研究发现，大学生网络成瘾问题正呈现出日趋严峻的趋势，对大学生的身心发展产生了重大影响，使得大学生网络成瘾问题成为心理学、社会学、临床学等共同关注的热点问题。
本文主要采用量表分析和文献研究的方法，从个人、家庭、学校、社会等方面来分析和研究大学生网络成瘾现象背后的社会学因素，最终为大学生网络成瘾患者的治疗，以及对这一问题的预防，提供一些意见与建议。
