Teamwork plays an important role in a mordern world,especially in organizations like schools.As a student,I once attended the school web team to do some volunteer work.I found that teamwork was crucial during the foundation of each work and when we collaborate to write codes or gather to make a decision,the effectiveness of a team increasingly benefited the school web.In addition,as a co-worker,I must say that team spirit is important.I mustn't be selfish of selfconcerned.There was a time I forgot about the team work while busily fucusing on my own school work,so I missed all those team discusions.Becuase of this,I unconsciously ignored my conpanions views on the project and paid attention to my own emotions only.The leader of the team warned me of the team spirit,I then realized that I was not dutiful enough.So I apologized sincerely to the team and took part in the project with the proper attitude.We finally finished the project in time and recieved compliments from the head of the school.From these things,I realized that teamwork is an important part of our lives.
