为啥我觉得两句意思一样啊，B不就是A的省略嘛！请指教

应该选B,因为这里省略的是when the publisher is requested. the publisher是一个人,不能用they代替,整句话的意思是,当出版者被要求的时候会给你发送一个他的新书样本.
