摘要：本论文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数据统计法,进行对湛师体育生对就业、择业产生的心理压力与影响因素给同学带来问题而研究.目的是为了了解目前湛师体育生对就业带来的压力导致心理问题（心理障碍）的情况以及其影响因素.根据我国目前的就业形势越来越严峻,而我国的大学生人数则不断的增加,使得大学生的就业就越来越难.如何就业与择业是大学生走向社会的第一步,也是他们人生中重要的一次选择,然而这样的就业形势给他们带来了巨大的压力,长期在这种压力下生活,会影响到学生们的心理健康.如果不能正确的对待,不仅有害于学生的身心健康还有可能危害社会.希望能通过此研究对目前的同学们有所帮助,达到化解与缓解同学们的心理问题、帮助他们树立正确的择业观来进行讨论与分析.

Abstract: This paper uses questionnaires, literature and data statistics, conduct of Cham Physical Health on employment, psychological stress careers and influence factors arising bring problems to the students study . The purpose is to understand the current Physical Health Cham bring pressure on employment leads to psychological problems ( mental disorder) as well as its influencing factors . According to China's current employment situation is more severe , and the number of China's college students are constantly increasing , making it increasingly difficult employment of college students . How to employment and career is the first step toward community college is an important time in their life choices, but such employment situation brought them enormous pressure , long life under such pressure , will affect students mental health. If not properly treated , not only harmful to the health of the students may also harm society . Hope that through this study of the current students to help achieve the resolve and alleviate psychological problems of the students , helping them to establish a correct concept of career for discussion and analysis .
