面对着经济不断发展和加入世界贸易组织的现状,对注册会计师的审计工作要求也愈发严格,对注册会计师应当在发现公司舞弊行为上发挥积极作用也越来越重视.由此,对独立审计准则也提出了新的要求.本文从独立审计准则的相关背景、作用、审计风险以及存在的问题方面做出一些分析与探讨.
