please take the enclosed I-20 form to the nearest U.S.Embassy or consulate to apply for your F-1 visaimmediately.please do not enter the United States on a B1 or B2 visa unless it is stamped"potential student',you should make airline reservations as soon as possible.if you faxed your financial statement to us,we advise that you take the original with you to the embassy.Also,if you plan on driving in the United States,please bring an international drivers license
if you have medical insurance that will cover up to USD $100,000.00while you are in the U.S.please bring your insurance card and a letter from the insurance conpany stating that they will pay any needed medical expenses while you are studying in the U.S.if you do not have health insurance,you will be required to purchase insurance through Murray States University
