本文以基于WEB的绩效管理系统为例,通过对公司项目业绩的实际需求分析及业绩管理进行调查,制定了一套详细的设计方案和问题解决方法,给出具体的需求分析和编码实现.本系统开发时采用了基于J2EE 轻量级框架的Web 应用程序通用架构Spring框架和高效的集成开发环境Eclipse和轻巧灵活的数据库MySQL

Based on the high speed development of Information Technology, more and more companies hope to improve their human resources management by information technology. This paper takes a sample which based on WEB performance management, worked out a detailed designing solution and gave the specific requirements analysis and coding realized through the actual demand analysis of project performance and the survey of performance management.
