首先你要明确你的观点
先选出你要support or dispute
或者你可以先列出你能想到的任何支持或者反对的意见,然后再根据情况选择
比如我选反对的
那么你在第一段里应该先陈述你的观点(即thesis statement),当然前面要写几句话来引出你的观点,
我可以这样写:I'm not surprised to find that the air in the urban area is repugnant to me.As a matter of fact,the earth today is being polluted much more than it was just several decades ago.Because of this,the environmental issue has become a hot spot for people around the world.Some say...,some say...
然后你就把自己的观点陈述出来即可

比如1>个人的力量太小,无法控制环境的破坏
2>就算一个国家都没有办法控制环境的污染,何况一个人
3>地球本身有净化能力,而由于污染太严重,导致地球的情况不断恶化,所以以一己之力很难控制
等等等等
最后的结尾可以有很多
你自己想想吧
比如你可以说虽然个人不能改变什么,但是大家团结起来,一定可以成功的

还有托福作文很简单的,独立作文你堆砌点词就行了,
