计算机和互联网技术的飞速发展不仅给我们的生活带来了巨大的改变,也为我国政治沟通提供了一种新的思路.2008年开始,网络问政作为一种新型政治手段在公民和政府之间搭起一架沟通的桥梁.然而由于发展时间短,我国网络问政过程中还存在很多问题,因此对网络问政进行研究,有利于其未来的良性发展.　　　本文采取系统分析的方法,除引言外包含三个部分,引言部分主要介绍了本文的研究背景,当前网络问政的研究现状,以及对网络问政进行研究的意义.　　　文章的第一部分对网络问政的概念进行界定,分析网络问政的各个要素,找出网络问政的理论依据,从而回答网络问政的现实价值.　　　文章的第二部分介绍了我国网络问政的发展历程,从公民和政府两个层面分析了当前我国网络问政过程中存在的问题,并寻找产生问题的原因,为解决问题提供方向.　　　第三部分是本文的核心内容,根据所做研究探索治理我国网络问政的方法,提出我国网络问政的完善对策,促进我国网络问政向规范化、制度化、常态化的方向发展.
