答案为什么是B.后半句说事实上她几乎被吓死,貌似应该是一个转折啊,那前半句不就应该是她看上去不害怕（差不多就是这个意思）.那不就应该选A么

没有搞清楚这两个的用法.后面一句是对前面的解释,她非常害怕,实际上,快被吓死了.说明她害怕到那种程度.如果选A,就是说她一定都不害怕,实际上,她害怕得要死.不是很矛盾嘛!你自己看嘛
a bit和a little都作"一点儿"讲,但用法不同.
