随着经济的飞速发展和电子商务的迅速兴起,会计电算化在具体应用中存在着认识不足、人才短缺、信息安全风险、没有统一规范的数据接口、会计核算中货币资金缺乏内部控制、财会电算化实施困难和未能全面执行新制度等一系列问题,本文根据中小企业会计核算和财务管理的现实情况,探讨解决上述问题的有效方法,研究我国中小企业会计电算化的发展趋势,帮助中小企业会计电算化工作走上规范化的轨道,并构建中小企业信息化架构体系.从建立货币资金内部控制制度、加强检查监督制度的执行力度、推进会计电算化实施、提高人员素质,全面贯彻新的会计制度等方面来不断规范中小企业的会计核算行为.

随着经济的飞速发展和电子商务的迅速兴起,会计电算化在具体应用中存在着认识不足、人才短缺、信息安全风险、没有统一规范的数据接口、会计核算中货币资金缺乏内部控制、财会电算化实施困难和未能全面执行新制度等一系列问题,本文根据中小企业会计核算和财务管理的现实情况,探讨解决上述问题的有效方法,研究我国中小企业会计电算化的发展趋势,帮助中小企业会计电算化工作走上规范化的轨道,并构建中小企业信息化架构体系.从建立货币资金内部控制制度、加强检查监督制度的执行力度、推进会计电算化实施、提高人员素质,全面贯彻新的会计制度等方面来不断规范中小企业的会计核算行为.
With the rapid rise of the rapid development of the economy and e-commerce, accounting computerization in practical application with money,talent shortage, lack of awareness of information security risk, no datainterface, unified and standardized accounting lack of internal control,accounting computerization implementation difficulties and has not fully implemented a series of problems in the new system so, according to the practical situation of small and medium-sized enterprises accounting and financial management, to discuss the effective method to solve the problemof small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, the development trend of accounting computerization, help medium and small enterprise accounting computerization work in a standardized way, and the construction of small and medium-sized enterprise information architecture.From the establishment of the monetary fund internal control system,strengthen the inspection and supervision system of enforcement, promote the implementation of computerized accounting, improve the quality of personnel, accounting behavior comprehensively implement the accounting system and other aspects of the new to small and medium sized enterprises.
