Firstly I will stop her from leaving and asked the reason why she's leaving without eating the ordered dish.Understand she will complain a lot on the spicy dish.I will apologize and explain the dish she ordered is naturallly spicy and I will introdce some other dishes without spicy for her to choose.Of course,she won't be charged twice because we respect every customer and they are deserved to have a nice dish at reasonable cost as well as the best service from us.
