双方本着友好合作、共同发展的互利互惠精神,就甲方关于其经营的产品授权给乙方在深圳市市场经销销售.作以下条款：
第五条 质量标准：甲方提供的产品质量必须符合国际和国家相关法规的食用标准.
第六条 运输方式及到站（港）和费用负担：由甲方委托货运站发货,费用由乙方负责.
第七条 结算方式、时间、地点：由乙方直接将货款划进甲方银行帐号,甲方确认款到 后发货.
第八条 乙方每年的进货额必须达到250——280万人民币,否则甲方有权取消乙方在深圳市的经销权资格
