记得以前听老师说,如果是想象的东西都要用过去式,例如：if i were a bird,i will fly in the sky.这里的 假如我是只鸟,是想象所以用were,那么 pretend 是不是也可以这样用,if you were a hooker,then don't pretend you were immaculate.(不好意思,今天想给人解释“既要当婊子,又要立牌坊”这句话) 这里是不是用 were 比较合适,

( 记住,在第二句中,如果你用了虚拟语气,句子就不那么精彩了,所以,pretend一词并不要求使用虚拟.）
