提问一：这句话也可以说成“They support the cables which the bridge has been suspended from ” 但是为了使句子的结构严密 就写成They support the cables from which the bridge has been suspended
提问二 ：前面是现在完成时 后面是过去将来时 这两个时态是虚拟语气的构成 "It has been estimated" 现在完成时被动语态 “it would still only be carrying”看成would be carrying"就好理解了 过去将来进行时 表示对过去的将来决定或打算要做的事
再问： 我不懂的是 为什么不是would carry 而是would be carrying？！
再答： 如果要用would carry 也可以 这里would be carrying 表示对未来事情的肯定可定性 后者比前者更倾向于肯定 明白了么？
