人不能干涉。他们认为自己有权选择和最喜欢的人生活在一起。
然而并非说西方父母对子女的婚姻完全不管不问，除非对子女完全不关心，否则不会有任何一个国家
、任何一个父母能对子女的生活状态视而不见。在西方，像中国一些乡镇强制安排婚姻的现象的确比
较少，但是对儿女的恋爱、婚姻表示强烈担忧和反对也并不少见。
