3.1对谈判方式的影响
一般来说,谈判有横向和纵向两种方式.横向谈判是采用横向铺开的方式,即首先列出要涉及的所有议题,然后对各项议题同时讨论,同时取得进展.纵向谈判则是确定所谈问题后,依次对各个议题进行讨论.在国际商务谈判中,美国人是纵向谈判的代表,倾向于以具体条款开局,对美国人来讲,一次交易过程实际上就是针对一系列的具体条款而展开一系列的权衡和让步.而中国人则是横向谈判,倾向于以总条款开局,对中国人来讲,谈判就是先就总条款达成一些共识,从而指导和决定接下来的谈判过程
