1.有关the more the more这个句型,我不是特别理解,就是一定是后面加名词吗?要是加形容词呢?
举个例子...越多锻炼,你就越健康
是The more exercise you take ,the healthier you will be .
Or The more exercise you take ,the more healthy you will be?
2.please not 有这种形式吗?要是有的话,那和please don’t 的区别
先这几个吧...

1.如果就是the more ,the more的话一般就是后面加句子或名词
如果只是单纯这个句型,那么我可以直接说成是：the+比较级,the+比较级.例如：the more,the better.越多越好
2.please not一般不单独用,是在什么句子中出现,比如：Would you please not do sth?
其实没什么可比性,please don't sth就是请不要干什么.
