In todays world, between the increasingly high levels of science and technology, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. The enterprise is one of the main components of the economic system, within the enterprise body, SMEs continued to grow at an amazing rate, its development and stability is very significant for the national economy as a whole. However, compared to the SMEs of Western developed countries, China's small and medium enterprises are still not as competitive; in today's increasingly globalized economy, China must actively support the development of its SMEs.This paper mainly discusses the difficulties encountered in the development of SMEs in China, and analyzes the causes of these difficulties, as well as researches suitable development strategy for China's SMEs, all of which contribute practically, positively, and significantly to solving the problems encountered in the development of SMEs in China.
