从国内和国际两方面的经济发展趋势来看,目前我们所面临的国内外经济金融形势相当复杂,未来趋势的不确定性对我们的经济体制改革与对外开放具有较大的压力和风险.西方发达国家,如美国、欧洲和日本都期望各自货币贬值,以求刺激、拉动并维持经济增长.中国作为一个发展中国家,正处于经济结构调整中,面临着许多需要调整和改革的问题.而我们的经济实力和基础还没有发达国家扎实,如果人民币在这时候升值不仅是跟国际趋势相左,而且会带来深层次的结构问题.因此,人民币升值是否适宜是值得研究的重大问题.本文在深入评析人民币出现升值压力原因的基础上,从正反两方面探讨了人民币升值对中国经济的影响,并从国内和国际两面分析了如何缓解人民币升值压力的问题.
