Nowadays TV is very important in our daily life. We can get to know all kinds of news and information around the world. We can learn the knowledge in connection with the weather, history, astronomy, geography, laws, medicines, etc. After doing some tiresome work for a whole day, we can watch some funny programs to get ourselves relaxed. In the evening almost all the families in Chinaturn on their TV sets to watch the news or other programs. It would be inconceivable if there were no TV in our daily life. While we enjoy the benifits the TV has brought us, we need to know the negative sides of the TV Programs. Neglecting their studies, some younsters often watch interesting TV programs deep into the night, which has not only influenced their studies but has bad influence on their health. Watching TV for too long a time, it will hurt their eyes. While sitting in front of TV for a long time without moving, it will slow down one’s blood circulation and hence it will cause health trouble. What is more some frightening programs are not suitable for children to watch. Therefore we should choose the programs suitable for people with different ages to watch at the appropriate time. After sitting in front of the TV for a long time, we need to stand up to do some exercises so that our eyes will not get hurt. So we should make good use of TV and let it play an active part in our daily life, and eliminate its negative sides to our health and work.
